Nidec UN12T2GC – The Definite Purpose TEFC UNIMOUNT® motor is designed for variable torque applications and offers a speed range of 20:1 (3-60 Hertz) for variable torque and 5:1 (12-60 Hertz) for constant torque. It features an INVERTER GRADE® insulation system, class F thermostats, and an extruded aluminum frame (140 frame is rolled steel). The motor has aluminum end shields with steel bearing inserts and operates at a 40°C ambient temperature. It has a removable base and lifting provisions for 180 frame and larger sizes. The shaft-end bearing is regreasable for 180 frame and larger sizes. Sealed bearings are used in 56-140 frame sizes, and double shielded bearings are used in 180-280 frame sizes. The motor has a premium efficient design, class F insulation, and constant horsepower up to 90 Hertz. It is suitable for pumps, fans, blowers, and other variable torque applications, as well as applications requiring a drive bypass.
