The RUSCO Complete 1 inch Sediment Trapper Stainless Steel Screen Filtering Unit. The filter element is made of Stainless Steel for heavy duty sediment filtration. By removing larger sediment particles from your water, you are preserving the life of pumps and filter cartridges that may be installed after this Rusco sediment filter system. Our experience has shown that the RUSCO poly screen filter cartridges can be cleaned a good number of times, but with repeated cleanings eventually you will put a hole in it requiring complete replacement. So, if you plan to clean your screen repeatedly, consider this much more durable stainless-steel model.
